Instafab is always searching for great candidates for our team. We generally have positions available in both our shop as well as in the field. To be hired as a Welder, you must have a current WABO card or have the qualifications necessary to pass a WABO test.
Instafab has competitive hourly pay based on experience. We offer our employees sick and holiday pay after 90 days, and vacation after a year. Instafab provides a health insurance package, including vision after 60 days of employment, paid by the employer at 80%.
We also offer a dental plan, also paid at 80%. Spouse and family members are paid by the employee. We will match the first 2% of a 401k plan to those who want to participate.
